Demand Forecasting Using Subjective MeasureIn general, demand forecasting in the manufacturing industry using past data. Objective measure. One of them winQSB forecasting software. For example in a manufacturing company, that perform demand forecast every month.  How does the company face the unexpected condition or the x factor? I mean ike for example in the next month, predicted there will be a natural disaster, political crisis, or epidemic disease.

One solution for the company in anticipation of demand forecasting on such conditions, is to include subjective measures of conduct forecasting demand. Subjective measure can be a subjective perception and estimation of the manager. This can be done by adopting one theory in Multiattribute decision analysis. Namely : Variation of weighted evaluation method that consider objective (economic) measure and subjective measure. Basic formula :
