I have given a review of the JIT (Just In Time); Just In Time and Competitive Advantage, also Just In Time and Lean Production. Then how the relationship of JIT with the quality? JIT and quality of relationships, among others: JIT cuts the cost of quality, and JIT improves quality. Better quality means less inventory and better, easier-to-employ JIT system. Beside that, JIT allows reduced inventory levels. Inventory costs money and hides process and material problems. Therefore, it can be said that JIT encourages improved process and product quality. On the occasion of the next blog update, I will try to share about JIT and reducing inventory.
