The following figure illustrates a simple process using a flowchart. The process begins when a customer orders the goods to the company, Marketing departments of the company will receive the order and enter that information into the enterprise information system that will send the order to the Distribution Centre. Distribution Centre section will then check the availability of product demand, and if the order is available, orders will be shipped to the customer along with the bill.
Conversely if the product ordered is not available, then they will notify to the Marketing and Marketing section will notify the customer.
