Quality of Human Resources (HR) is the key of Successful Product and Quality Management. The way of human resource development : training or consultation, to be able to turn threats into opportunities. The future competition is HR competition, so companies should be open to the development of human resources, in order to have an organizational culture that supports the improvement of quality on an ongoing basis as well as having high competitiveness.

Qualified Products is one of the key development of products for export.

First, recognize “Product Concept” that will be developed. Learn the cycle of the product that will be created as well as the positioning of the product.

Second, develop a “New Product Development Techniques”. Understand the concept of development is an idea generation stage, evaluation, selection, determination, and planning. Then study the influence of the market and the environment in product development.

Ovako Working Postural Analysis SystemOWAS (Ovako Working Postural Analysis System) is a method used to determine the order of muscle complications, causing pain in the body. OWAS is an ergonomic method used to evaluate postural stress happens to someone when at work. The usefulness of the method OWAS is to improve the conditions of workers in the work, so that work performance can be improved continuously. The results obtained from the OWAS, used to design improved methods of work in order to improve productivity. OWAS method created by O. Karhu from Finland in 1977 to analyze the postural stress in manual occupations.

In the OWAS Method, posture classification is determined. Postures were analyzed and used in planning improvements. Essential elements of the body that will be used as the basis of the encoding is back, arms and legs. Charges brought classified as follows : <10 kg, 10-20 kg, and > 20 kg. Postures from the recording, classified on the position of the spine (back), arms and legs. The meaning of the 4-digit code is the first 3 digits identify the position of the body; back, arm and legs, and the fourth digits to identify the load carried. Example : 2132 means the spine bent, both arms work on the shoulders, stand with both legs straight, and carry the load of about 10 kg.
